Use the Walk-up Experience feature to check-in at a walk-up location, book appointments
from the customer service portal, and monitor queues.

Users with roles including sn_walkup.walkup_login, sn_csm_walkup.walkup_technician,
sn_csm_walkup.walkup_manager and walk-up users can use the Walk-up Experience feature.
