About this task
Work orders are requests for off-site work. Users with the appropriate roles create the work orders and provide the necessary information needed for the work order tasks. These orders include information about requested services, including customer names and addresses, the work locations, and any related configuration items. Each work order include one or more tasks that contain specific details about the work to be performed, such as required agent skills or part requirements.
