# View account contracts

As an OSP agent, you can view contracts owned by accounts or consumers in order to
create or fulfill a case.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_csm_ocs.ext_manager/sn_csm_ocs.ext_agent

## Procedure

1. Open the case form.
2. Click the Preview icon next to the Account or Consumer field.
3. Click Contracts related list.
4. View the list of assets belonging to an account or consumer and fulfill a case.
