# Log in to the Consumer Service Portal

Use the name and password that you created during the registration process to log in
to the Consumer Service Portal.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer

## Procedure

1. Navigate to the Consumer Service Portal.
2. Click Log in in the portal header.
3. Fill in the fields on the Log in pop-up window.
4. Click Log in.  
   You are logged in to the Consumer Service Portal and your name and profile picture appears in the portal header.
