Display the integer values of all of the states associated with cases.

## Before you begin

Role required: sp_admin or admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem DefinitionsChoice Lists.
2. On the Choices page, in the Table column, enter <kbd class="ph userinput">*sn_customerservice_case</kbd>.
3. In the Element column, enter <kbd class="ph userinput">state</kbd>.

## Result

The Value column on the Choices page displays the integer values of all the states related to a case.
