Several types of components are installed with the Case Digests plugin.

## Tables {#installed-with-csm-case-digests__section_lnd_2xg_nhb}

The Case Digests plugin adds the following tables:

* Case Digest Configuration (sn_csm_case_digest_config)
* Case Digest (sn_csm_case_digest_task)
* Post Case Review (sn_csm_case_digest_pcr)
* Case Action Summary (sn_csm_case_digest_cas)

The Customer Service Document Template plugin adds the CS Document Template (sn_csm_doctemplate_template) table.

The Case Digests plugin includes the following extension points. Customers can use these
extension points to customize the publish action.
