Open CSM Configurable Workspace so that you can work on customer service cases.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice_agent

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllWorkspace ExperienceWorkspaces.
2. Select CSM Configurable Workspace.  
   The workspace opens in a new browser tab.
