Integrate Customer Service Management with ServiceNow®
Safe Workplace applications. This integration helps you safely reopen locations and support the health and safety of contacts and consumers after emergencies and pandemics.

## Overview {#csm-integration-safe-workplace__section_d1x_mc4_ymb}

Integrate with Safe Workplace applications, specifically with the Employee Health Screening application, to enable contacts or consumers to safely
enter locations and comply with health and safety policies.

As a consumer or contact, verify that you understand and comply with requirements and policies
by filling out the Health Verification form on the Consumer or Customer Service Portal.

As a customer or consumer service agent, screen contacts or consumers entering a location to
ensure compliance with entry requirements such as a temperature check and Personal Protection
Equipment (PPE).
