The Case lines and workflows application includes record pages that display case line items, case line characteristics, and case line tasks in CSM Configurable Workspace.
The following record pages use the [CSM default record page](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/VYLPLv~QE6FuUlaWWQ7KKw "The CSM default record page provides CSM case management features and functionality and enables agents to create, monitor, and resolve cases.") to display case line, case line task, and case line characteristic information in CSM Configurable Workspace.
