Create an Activity Action

  • Following is procedure to create an activity action.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_si.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Playbook Experiences > Actions > Activity Actions.

    2. Click New.

      Refer ServiceNow AI Platform documentation to know how to create these actions. In this example, Skip is implemented as a server script.

    3. Playbook override:

      If you would like to override the existing activity experience type, it is possible. For more information, see ServiceNow AI Platform documentation. No Playbook overrides for this example.
