# Activate the ENISA EUVD integration {#ariaid-title1}

Activate the ENISA EUVD integration to ingest vulnerability data from the European Union Vulnerability Database (EUVD) into your ServiceNow instance.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_vul_int_fw.configure_integrations

The EUVD integration captures the following vulnerability data published by ENISA:

* EUVD vulnerability identifiers (for example, EUVD-2025-03242)
* Vulnerability descriptions and metadata
* Publication and modification timestamps
* CVSS scores and vectors
* Reference URLs and external identifiers
* Related CVE identifiers referenced by the EUVD vulnerability

All processed data is stored and managed through the Vulnerability Integration Framework and Central Vulnerability Database.

## Procedure

1. Type `sn_vul_int_fw_integration.LIST` in the Filter Navigator search bar and press Enter.
2. Select the ENISA EUVD Integration.
3. Select the Active check box.  
   Note:  
   The ENISA EUVD integration is pre-configured to run on demand . After activation, the integration is available for immediate execution. Changing other integration parameters requires ServiceNow and Vulnerability Response expertise and could result in incomplete data.
4. Select Execute Now to perform an initial full integration run.  
   The EUVD API does not support delta or incremental fetch. As a result:
   * The EUVD integration can't retrieve only new or updated vulnerabilities. Each execution performs a full data fetch of all available EUVD records.
   * To obtain the latest EUVD data, you must re-run the entire integration. Duplicate records are avoided through identifier-based UPSERT logic.

   This limitation is inherent to the EUVD API and can't be configured within the integration.
