Identify users for automatic email reminders sent to users in the Remediation Owner
user group.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

This feature automatically generates an email digest for users in the Remediation
Owner user group. Add any users that you want to receive email notifications as
described in [Use the email digest in the Vulnerability Response Workspaces](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/r2Vy2KbqPsPegFL9CFfnMQ "Use email notifications to view your remediation progress and remind you when tasks are nearing, or are past SLA.").

Verify that users have an active email address entered on their user record and that
you have added them to the Remediation Owner user group.

If you want to change the delivery frequency, day, or time of the emails, or
deactivate the feature, follow these steps.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllScheduled Jobs.
2. Locate the Generate remediation digest and click it to open it the record.
You might prefer to leave the fields in their default settings until you
verify that notifications are being sent. By default, emails are sent weekly
on Monday mornings at 9:00 AM in the time zone of the instance that is
   running the job.
3. Modify the fields in the form.
For more information on the form fields, see [Generate remediation digest form fields](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/pBgqMP6XcZ_FoA_wdtk5YQ "The following table shows the fields on the Generate remediation digest form.").
4. Click Update.

## What to do next

In the event you have verified all the information listed previously is correct, and you have users in the Remediation Owner user group but the emails are not sent as expected, check that there are channels activated to receive
email notifications. See [Create notification channels](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=create-channel&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
