# Viewing my approvals

# Viewing my approvals {#ariaid-title1}

Use this section to review and approve the import job records.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_sec_tisc.analyst

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesThreat Intelligence Security CenterImports.
2. Select Data ImportsMy Approvals  
   This page displays all the import records that are awaiting approval by the logged in user.
3. Open any record to approve or reject the import record.
4. Click Approve to approve the import job record.  
   The Approve Import dialogue box is displayed and a confirmation message is displayed whether to approve the select imports.  
   Note:  
   An email notification is sent to the respective user(s) that the import job that was in process is now approved. For more information on approving rules, see [Defining Data Imports Approval Rules](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/N4azLuQPWrUSCPOG6wo6bw "Use this section to define the approval rules and integrate the approval flow within the Import Intelligence section after submitting the data import.").
5. Select Approve from the dialogue box.  
   An email notification is sent to the user who created the import job and the import job that was in process is now approved.
6. Click Reject to reject a record.  
   Note:  
   * You can review and resubmit the rejected import job. Make sure to add comments for rejection.
   * An email notification is sent to the user who created the import job import job when the import job that was in process is rejected.
   * An email notification is sent to the approvers requesting for the approval.
