Review the sandbox global settings

    • Review and modify the global sandbox settings if you are experiencing issues with file or URL submission results.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_si.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > CrowdStrike Falcon Sandbox > Global Settings.
    2. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Field Description
      File Size Limit (MB) Sandbox upload file size limit in megabytes.
      Note:
      The file size limit of 256 MB is configured by default. Do not increase the value beyond 256 MB. However, you may want to reduce the maximum file size limit to avoid submitting large files.
      Maximum time out for submission results (minutes) Maximum timeout for submission results from the sandbox.
      Note:
      The default timeout is 30 minutes. If your results take longer than 30 minutes, you can increase the time. Also, you can view the results in the sandbox portal.
    3. Click Save.
