Extend the capabilities of Major Security Incident Management and connect with ServiceNow AI Platform instance by integrating with Microsoft
applications.  
Important:  
An update set ([KB1289784](https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1289784)) is available within the Major Security Incident Management Quick Start Guide to help users with an easy configuration set up, you need to import the update set after you complete the application installation. Follow the procedure detailed in the Quick Start Guide (Step 2) under the Supporting documents section within the MSIM application, which is on ServiceNow Store.
