The Conference Call Zoom integration enables you to manage and initiate a Zoom conference call directly from a major security incident.

* Start and end Zoom meetings directly from any task record such as a major security incident, or a change or even from the major incident workbench.
* Manage Zoom meetings by adding or removing participants.
* Track and report meeting details such as meeting duration and attendees for further analysis.
