Create UI actions for the source table for a Security Case.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to System DefinitionUI actions.
2. Run the Filter option to filter out the list by Application: Major Security Incident Management and Table: sn_si_incident.  
3. Select each UI action one by one and save the details for the source table.  
4. Repeat the steps for the following UI actions:  
   * Link to Major Security incident
   * Proposed Major Security Incident
   * Unlink from Major Security Incident
   * Promote to Major Security Incident
