Activate the content pack ServiceNow Store application for the Platform Analytics Solution.

## Before you begin

Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you're activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. For more information, see [Activate your Performance Analytics subscription](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_PremiumPerformanceAnalytics&version=australia&pubname=australia-now-intelligence&ft:locale=en-US).

You need a Now Support account and permission to request applications for the instances under consideration. The Now Support account and the instance must be part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on the ServiceNow Store.

## About this task

Use Performance Analytics for the Configuration Compliance dashboard to generate reports on the remediation tasks, the compliance status, the remediation actions, and the exception requests.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll ApplicationsServiceNow Store.
2. Browse for Performance Analytics for Configuration Compliance and verify that you have the valid entitlements.
3. Search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Performance Analytics for Configuration Compliance</kbd>.
4. Install the application.  
   When you install this application, you also activate the Configuration Compliance application.
