These troubleshooting suggestions can help you resolve common issues you can encounter
when setting up or running integrations.
* **[Replace an untrusted or expired third-party SSL certificate](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/i2JBT~KOysrM5nKG7ypR5w)**   
  When an SSL connection is required in an integration, there are circumstances when the certificate provided by the third-party vendor is either not yet trusted in ServiceNow or has expired. You can replace it or add a new certificate.
