The Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) feature of the ServiceNow®
Vulnerability Response application imports application vulnerable items (AVITs) and, according to rules, allows you to remediate application vulnerabilities. Vulnerability Response is available by separate subscription.
Starting with AVR v19.0, some key table and column names have been updated. As a result, you will see references to both the older and newer names in the documentation. For the complete list of updated terms, see [Application Vulnerability Response product view](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/FdyjoS5aTLxOl5~o9IMSpw "The Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) product ingests the weaknesses and vulnerabilities detected by your application security testing tools and provides a single pane of glass to understand the security posture of all the applications in your environment.").

Starting with v19.0 of Vulnerability Response, You can ingest Software Composition Analysis (SCA) and Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) vulnerability data to help you identify weaknesses in your software applications. For more information, see [Exploring Application Vulnerability Response](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/f_ns8m5SwM0B38fyd4Ck7w "Application vulnerabilities are vulnerabilities on your custom software applications that are scanned throughout the application’s development life cycle.") and [Veracode Vulnerability Integration](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/UaJdOAyH3lz8Z703obNHTg "The Vulnerability Response Integration with Veracode application uses data imported from the Veracode product to help you determine the impact and priority of flaws in your code.").
