- Accelerate deal registration velocity, with a guided creation playbook for channel partners.
- Enable channel partners to monitor their quote pipeline from a dedicated quotes landing page in the Partner portal, with widgets tracking quote volume, stalled quotes, and highest-value active quotes.
New in the Australia release
- Install Opportunity Management for Channel Partners
- Install the Opportunity Management for Channel Partners plugin (com.snc.partner_relationship_management_oppty) to enable channel partners to track opportunities with channel partners.
- Install Quote Management for Channel Partners
- Install the Quote Management for Channel Partners plugin (com.snc.partner_relationship_management_qm) to enable channel partners to track quotes with channel partners.
- Quote creation via Self-Service for Channel Partners
- Channel partners can create, manage, and track quotes end-to-end in the Partner portal using the new Quote Self-Service application (
com.sn_quote_self_service). Built on the existing Quote Management application, the guided quote creation playbook delivers a self-service quoting experience without requiring access to internal workspaces.
Activation information
Install Partner Relationship Management by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store.
