  • The ServiceNow® Lead Management application enables your sales agents and sales development representatives to create leads and nurture them into opportunities. Lead Management was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

    Lead Management highlights for the Australia release

    • Record early customer interactions and associate tasks with ongoing lead engagement using touchpoints throughout the pre‑deal sales lifecycle.
    • Enable lead agents to create touchpoints, log interaction activities, and schedule meetings directly from a lead record to track all client interactions in one place throughout the lead lifecycle.

    New in the Australia release

    View touchpoint records for a task
    Record early customer interactions and associate tasks with ongoing engagement throughout the pre‑deal sales lifecycle by:
    • Creating a touchpoint from a lead to capture interactions such as discovery calls, follow‑up emails, or qualification meetings.
    • Linking a task to a lead touchpoint to track follow‑up work related to an ongoing engagement until the lead is converted.
    Manage touchpoints on a lead
    Create touchpoints, log interaction activities, and schedule meetings directly from a lead record to track all client interactions in one place throughout the lead lifecycle. You can choose between the new meetings construct and existing appointment records for priority meeting scheduling.

    Activation information

    Install Lead Management by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store.
