The ServiceNow® Knowledge Graph application enables you to create and manage a Knowledge Graph schema for default integrations with ServiceNow® Otto for Virtual Agent Virtual Agent, ServiceNow Otto panel and AI Agent. See the following sections for release notes by version.

About Knowledge Graph

  • External users with the snc_external role can now access Knowledge Graph when the sn_kg.enable_external_user_check property is set to true.

  • Improved search results accuracy with enhanced Knowledge Graph integration in ServiceNow® Otto for Virtual Agent Virtual Agent, ServiceNow Otto panel and AI Agent applications.
