What's new

Use AI-powered activity response generation to instantly create, review, and refine work notes and comments in HR cases.

The HR Service Delivery Implementation agent shortens the path from install to a working HR Service Delivery deployment using an AI-first, centralized, and intuitive admin experience.

The EmployeeWorks Web App now supports redesigned interface for few task types with integrated AI chat help. The supported task types are:
  • Approval
  • Checklist
  • E-signature
  • Schedule a meeting
  • Mark When Complete
  • Upload documents
  • URL
  • View video
Note:
Some Restricted Caller Access (RCA) records require manual approval for the feature to work as expected.
E-signature support lets employees sign documents securely, with signed copies automatically saved to their records.
Note:
E-Signature credentials feature will only be supported from Australia Patch 8 and Brazil Patch 2 releases.
The plugins required are:
  • EmployeeWorks Web App license (obtained either by Employee Slate (built for Now Assist) or ServiceNow EmployeeWorks Web App)
  • Case and Knowledge Management for EmployeeWorks plugin
  • E-signature for EmployeeWorks plugin

What's deprecated or removed

HRSD Process Mining Content Pack deprecation

The HRSD Process Mining Content Pack application (com.sn_hr_process_optimization) is now deprecated and no longer supported or available for new activation. The unified Process Mining Content Pack application replaces it and will auto-install when you upgrade to Brazil or later. The deprecated application will remain active in your instance after upgrade; migrate to the unified Process Mining Content Pack to access new functionality and continued support. No manual migration steps are required—existing configurations transfer automatically.

HR Service Delivery Virtual Agent Conversations

Virtual Agent Conversations in HR Service Delivery is now deprecated and no longer supported or available for new activation. AI Native SKU's provides the latest experience for this functionality.
