  The ServiceNow® Contract Management Pro solution enables you to set up contract document templates, clauses, and clause variations, and to initiate contract, amendment and renewal requests. The solution uses AI to analyze contracts and extract metadata. It also supports e-signatures, wet signatures, and external storage systems. See the following sections for release notes by version.

You can integrate external AI-powered negotiation tools with ServiceNow Otto for Contract Management Pro through Model Context Protocol to access contract context during negotiation.
