ServiceNow Access Analyzer is an access diagnostic tool designed for AI administrators or creators to validate the access controls configured within various resources and agentic
assets.

* Analyze access to resources (tables).
* Compare the access of two users.
* Compare the roles and groups of two users.
* Generate a report showing whether an identity has access to a resource (table).
* Understand who has access for critical security hygiene.
* Avoid over-provisioning permissions.
* Achieve the least privilege principals when implementing access controls.
* Limit access to certain data, which includes applications, tables, rows or columns, and other resources.
* Provide reporting capabilities for the analyzer results.
* Compare access between user records and access controls.

## Brazil Early Availability {#ariaid-title2}

The Brazil Early Availability release adds conversational access analysis capabilities to Access Analyzer, making it easier to understand and verify access permissions.

Access Analysis Agent
:   Ask whether a user, group, or role can access a table, record, field, Script Include, UI page, AI agent, or agentic workflow using guided, conversational workflows in the Now Assist panel. The agent returns clear
    results---Passed, Blocked, or Undefined---without requiring manual Access Analyzer configuration. The agent can also read the current page context, identify matching entities when names are ambiguous, and save evaluation results for
    future reference.
