# Add or remove multiple users at a time

# Designate or remove multiple survey users at one time {#ariaid-title1}

Use the Survey Category form to designate or remove multiple survey users at a
time.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin or survey_admin

## Procedimento

1. Open a survey definition.
2. In the Metric Categories related list, open a category.  
   You can choose any category. The system applies survey user changes to all the survey's categories automatically.
3. In the Users related list, click Edit.
4. Use the slushbucket to add or remove survey users.
5. Click Save to return to the survey category.  
   The changes are also reflected in the Survey Users related list on the survey definition.
