Trigger conditions specify when to send a particular assessment and who to send the
assessment to.

Role required: assessment_admin or admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllAssessmentsAdminTrigger Conditions.
2. On the Trigger Condition form, fill in the fields.
