Install and configure the Vulnerability Response integration with the Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management (MS TVM) application so that you can use the data that is imported from MS TVM to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities for your
assets.

Before you run the ServiceNow® Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management Vulnerability Integration, you must download the Vulnerability Response Integration with Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management application from the ServiceNow Store and install and configure it using the Setup Assistant in the Vulnerability Response application.

Before you install the MS TVM application, verify you have completed all the items in the [Preparing for the Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management Vulnerability Integration](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/C_d2VILElw~0SOtjzhV_Nw "You can prepare for the ServiceNow Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management (MS TVM) Vulnerability integration by performing setup tasks.") checklist. For information on setting up your Microsoft Azure account, see [Set up Microsoft Azure for the MS TVM integration](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/PYeDsrbSeNT44w1_TzA_Cw "Set up your account in the Microsoft Azure portal to access the Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management (MS TVM) API remotely. You need this account so that you can access the MS TVM tenant to gather information for machines, vulnerabilities, and security recommendations.").

Roles required: admin for initial assignment of the sn_vul.vulnerability_admin role and installing the Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management application in Setup Assistant. Vulnerability admin (sn_vul.vulnerability_admin
or sn_vul.admin (deprecated) to configure the application in Setup Assistant after it is installed.

Perform the following procedure before you install and configure the MS TVM Integration.  
Nota:  
This process applies only to applications that are downloaded to production instances. If you're downloading applications to non-production or development instances, it's not necessary to get entitlements. Proceed to [Activate a ServiceNow Store application](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/NEbBYpdxwpxXlAAuCS76Aw "After an application has been given entitlement, you must activate its dependencies plugin and activate the application. This process also applies to applications downloaded to sub-production instances.").

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllVulnerability ResponseAdministrationSetup AssistantIntegration application Installation.  
   After a few moments, the applications that are available for installation on your instance are displayed.
2. Locate the Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management tile and click Install.  
   The Vulnerability Response Integration with Microsoft Threat and Vulnerability Management application that you downloaded from the ServiceNow Store is installed.
3. Follow the prompts in the Setup Assistant to continue with the installation.
