# Hide journal fields

Hide journal fields for forms so that work notes and comments only appear in the Activity stream.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: form_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllNow Experience FrameworkConfiguration SettingsUX View Rules Configurations.
2. From the UX View Rules Configurations list, select a workspace.  
   The UX View Rules Configuration record for the workspace opens.
3. From the Workspace View Rules related list, select a record type.  
   The View Rule record for the record type opens.
4. Select the Form Settings tab.
5. Select Hide Journal Input Fields.
6. Select Update.
