Configure conditions that determine which fields to apply to a form template by adding a page property.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to <kbd class="ph userinput">sys_ux_page_property.list</kbd>.  
   The entire list of page properties from the UX Page Property \[sys_ux_page_property\] table opens.
2. Select New.  
   A new UX Page Property record opens.
3. Complete the following fields:  

   Page
   :   Select your workspace.

   Name
   :   Enter <kbd class="ph userinput">enableTemplateValueCondition</kbd>.

   Type
   :   Select true \| false.

   Value
   :   Enter <kbd class="ph userinput">true</kbd>.
4. Select Submit.
