# Configure an email template

Configure email templates to quickly create emails for common issues.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: email_client_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllEmail ClientEmail Client Templates.
2. Select New.  
   A new Email Client Template record opens.
3. Complete the following fields:  

   Name
   :   Enter a name for the email template.

   Table
   :   Select the table where the email template will apply.

   Conditions
   :   Select conditions to determine when the email template will apply.
4. From the Content tab, enter the content that will apply to the email template.
5. From the Recipients tab, enter recipients that will apply to the email template.
6. Select Submit.
