Test your guided tour to verify it achieves your intended goal.

## Impersonate User {#testing-guided-tours__section_acn_fyq_sbcc}

Impersonate a role to see the tour from the user's perspective. By participating in the tour as a representative user, you are able to observe and understand the experience from their perspective.

## Guided Tour feedback {#testing-guided-tours__section_rdk_nyq_sbc}

Send the tour URL to your colleagues for review and feedback. If the feedback is useful, update your tour as needed.

## Guided Tour review {#testing-guided-tours__section_shx_nyq_sbc}

After the tour is published, review any failures caused by errors on the Guided Tours Overview page. Examine these failures to gain insights into which users encountered issues, at which step the tour failed, and what the error
message was. Use this information to troubleshoot and fix the problems.
