Use Now Assist in Native Mobile Virtual Agent to deliver more direct, relevant, and conversational responses to questions using generative AI. Virtual Agent also enables you to provide feedback on AI-generated responses.

Now Assist in Virtual Agent uses large language models (LLM)s and generative AI to improve deflection rates and make it easier for users to find relevant information.
