# Recall a campaign phase

Create a recall campaign for a specific geography or a dealership.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager and sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_phase_owner

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsRecall ManagementMy CampaignsRecall Campaign Phases.
2. Select Create phase.
3. On the required recall campaign form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Recall campaign phase form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/JhbNcekhFJ5LvtnzJm8JYQ "The recall campaign phase form enables you to add the recall campaign phases details.").
4. Select Save.
