Create
a
preventive action for product quality issue case.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListProduct Quality InvestigationPreventive Action.
2. Select New.
3. On the Preventive Action form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Preventive action form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/QqKfGP7bACHcKfzWJHwvMw "The preventive action form enables you to add the details for QI.").
4. Select Save.
