Identify an impacted asset that must be replaced or recalled.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsRecall ManagementMy CampaignsImpacted asset.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Fields | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Recall campaign | Name of the recall campaign. |
   | Recall campaign phase | Recall campaign phase that you want to recall. |
   | Repair claim case | Repair claim case number. |
   | Asset | Asset that you want to recall. |
   | Install base | Install base item. |

4. Select Save.
