Create a product quality investigation report.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListProduct Quality Investigation.
2. Select New.
3. On the Product Quality Investigation form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Product quality investigation form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/c4B2IAc~sou41L5L~xPJLQ "The PQI form enables you to add the investigation details.").
4. Select Save.

  In the workspace, you can use the product quality issues related list to log the report.
