Create a checklist template

    • Agents workspace enables the manufacturer to create a checklist for verification.

    Antes de Iniciar

    Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin) or sales promotion manager (sn_sales_prm_mgmt.sales_promotion_manager)

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Sales Promotion Management > My Promotion.
    2. Select Create checklist.
      The Create a checklist template appears.
    3. Enter the Name of the checklist template.
    4. Work on the checklist as needed.
      • To add a checklist item, select Add checklist item.
        Nota:
        These checklist items are displayed on the case line.
      • To delete a checklist item, select Delete
    5. Select Create.

    Resultado

    A checklist template is created.

    O que Fazer Depois

    To duplicate a checklist, do the following:
    1. Select Edit checklist.
    2. Select Duplicate.
