Create
a
corrective action for the quality investigation case.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListProduct Quality InvestigationCorrective Action.
2. Select New.
3. On the Corrective Action form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Corrective action form for PQI](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/qiju9FjBQMmgSCNXlgLQmA "The corrective action form enables you to add the details for PQI.").
4. Select Save.
