Dealer Service advisors submit pre-authorization requests to verify warranty or service contract coverage for parts or charges. The Warranty Specialist reviews and either approves, rejects, returns, or partially approves the
request. Approved requests are used by advisors to create repair claims or link them to relevant jobs.
