Request repair of defective hardware assets in your stockroom
As an asset manager, you can get the defective hardware assets in your stockroom repaired by creating repair orders.
You can request repair of defective hardware assets through any of the following options:
Nota:
Consider the following points when you create a repair order:
- You can't request repair of the following assets:
- Consumables
- Assets that are part of any other workflow
- You can request repair of a child asset only if you have added its parent asset to the repair order. However, assets in the pallets can be repaired.
