    Supported user interfaces

    You can get assistance for the agentic workflows that are included in the Now Assist for EAM application by using the Now Assist panel. You can access this panel by selecting the Now Assist icon on the page header of your ServiceNow instance. For more information on the Now Assist panel, see Now Assist panel.

    Licensing requirements

    The Now Assist for EAM application requires an Enterprise Asset Management Professional license.

    Application information

    To use agentic workflows for your enterprise assets, you must install the Now Assist for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application (sn_now_assist_eam) on your ServiceNow instance.

    The application includes the following plugin and application dependencies:
    • Enterprise Asset Management (com.sn_eam) or one of the following Enterprise Asset Management-dependent applications:
      • OT Asset Management (com.sn_otam)
      • Enterprise Asset Management for Healthcare (com.sn_eamhc)
      • Enterprise Asset Management for Facilities (com.sn_eamfam)
      • Enterprise Asset Management for Data Center and Network Asset Management (com.sn_eam_dcnam)
    • Now Assist for Platform (com.sn_genai_platform)
    • Generative AI Controller (com.sn_generative_ai)
    • Now Assist AI Agents (com.sn_aia)
    • AI Agents for IT Asset Management (com.sn_itam_aia)
    You must activate or install the required plugins and applications in the following order:
    1. Enterprise Asset Management (com.sn_eam) or an Enterprise Asset Management-dependent application
    2. Now Assist for Platform (com.sn_genai_platform)
    3. Generative AI Controller (com.sn_generative_ai)
    4. Now Assist AI Agents (com.sn_aia)
    5. AI Agents for IT Asset Management (com.sn_itam_aia)
    6. Now Assist for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) (sn_now_assist_eam)
