Choose the preferred integration type for configuring the available model providers. There are two ways to configure a model provider in Now Assist Admin. You can either select Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Bring Your Own Key (BYOK).

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

With Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) option, you can apply your own license key to use the Generative AI application capabilities from the given provider. The alternate option is OEM where, ServiceNow® uses license from the provider to access the Generative AI application capabilities.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllNow Assist Admin.
2. Navigate to SettingsManage integration.
3. Change the model provider to use either the ServiceNow® key or Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) across all the third party model providers.
   This enables Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) selection for third party model providers across all features except AI Agents.
4. Select the integration type for the providers that allow such a configuration.

   <br />

   You can find the providers that allow BYOK type integration only, under Non Managed integration section.
