Add organizations that are related to an investigative case created in the Investigative Case Management application.

Nota:  
Not all of fields are mandatory, but there is a minimum amount of information required for the record to be considered complete and thus searchable within the case workspace. For more information on entity completeness rules, see [Completeness Rules by Investigative Case Management Entity Type](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/h2LiiKD4xmO4ffWDboeTCQ "While most entity record fields are not mandatory, each entity record contains a completeness field that tracks whether the record has sufficient data to be searchable within ICM. ## Procedimento

1. Navigate to the CSM Configurable Workspace and select My active cases.  
   Alternatively, you can select a case using the CSM Configurable Workspace Lists menu by selecting ListsInvestigative CasesAll and selecting the case.
2. Select the case you wish to add a organization entity to.
3. Select the Organization tab.
4. On the form, fill in the fields with identifying information.
