Install the content pack for the Public Sector Digital Services
Platform Analytics Solution from the ServiceNow Store.

## Antes de Iniciar

* Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you are activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. For more information, see [Activate your Performance Analytics subscription](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_PremiumPerformanceAnalytics&version=australia&pubname=australia-now-intelligence&ft:locale=en-US).

* Install Public Sector Digital Services Core from the ServiceNow Store.

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll ApplicationsServiceNow Store.
2. Browse for Performance Analytics Content Pack for Public Sector Digital Services and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.  
   You need a HI account and permission to request applications for the
   instances under consideration. The HI account and the instance need to be
   part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on
   the ServiceNow Store.
3. Search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Performance Analytics Content Pack for Public Sector Digital Services</kbd>.
4. Install the application.
