    For example, you can define a template drafting an email information for a particular emergency crisis that might strike a business location or facility specifically.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Business Continuity > Everbridge Notification Configuration > Notification Templates.
    2. Click New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Name Name of the notification template.
      Description Short note about the purpose of the template.
      Delivery channels Communication channels used for sending the notification.
      Subject Title of the notification.
      Message body Introductory text message for the notification.
      Foot note Closing message for the notification.
      SMS text Message sent through SMS.
    4. Click Submit.
