    • Set up recovery timeframe that starts from when an incident or crisis happens to the time your business can resume usual operations.

    Role required: sn_bcm.admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Business Continuity > General Administration > Recovery Timeframes.
    2. Click New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Name Name of the recovery timeframe.
      Starts at Start time of the recovery timeframe. Time at which the recovery operations should begin.
    4. Click Submit.
