Use the Sensitive Data Masking capability node to conceal protected information and avoid sensitive information leakage.

## Sensitive Data Masking capability properties {#va-sensitive-data-masking__section_xwb_mgn_pdb}

This feature is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer available for installation but will continue to be supported. Specify the flow action properties for the node that you want to create.

| Input mapping ||
| Wait for response? | Toggle to wait for a response from the action before continuing the conversation. |
| PI categories | Protected Information categories. |
| Language | Language in which sensitive data is delivered. |
| Utterance | Recorded utterance. |
| Output mapping ||
| Is sensitive | Boolean denoting whether the data is sensitive information. Select Enable to activate, and input a custom variable name to store the value under if desired. |
| Anonymized text | Protected information text in anonymized form. Select Enable to activate, and input a custom variable name to store the value under if desired. |
| Status | Status of the protected information. Select Enable to activate, and input a custom variable name to store the value under if desired. |

| Conditionally show this node if | No-code condition statement or low-code script that specifies a condition for presenting this node in the conversation. The condition must evaluate to true. |
