Enable conversations between Sidebar and Microsoft Teams
users by integrating Sidebar with Microsoft Teams.  
Follow these steps to integrate Sidebar and Microsoft Teams.  
Nota:  
Some resources below require you to log in to sites like ServiceNow University, Now Create, or the ServiceNow Community. If the expected resource does not load, please log in and try to access the resource again.

1. Install the [store app](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/53b1b0e79761011018b2fa98c253afcc) on the Washington DC instance.
2. Create the Microsoft Teams developer account and Azure app. See [KB article KB1225842](https://support.servicenow.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB1225842) for more information.
3. Create the Microsoft Teams app. See [KB article KB1225842](https://support.servicenow.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB1225842) for more information.
